That there are neighbours who share more than greetings is the proof of the residential and business complex Central Garden, in the park of which, at the initiative of the investors of the Israeli company AFI Europe and Shikun & Binui Group, a gathering for tenants was organized this year on the occasion of the happiest winter holidays. For the second year in a row, in anticipation of the New Year’s holidays, the park in the heart of the first Belgrade condominium has been turned into a polygon of magic, which was equally enjoyed by the youngest tenants and their parents. The performance of a children’s choir, Santa Claus, mascots of favourite cartoon heroes, sweets hiding in a piñata and New Year’s gift packages were just a part of the programme for the little ones, while the adults enjoyed tea, mulled wine, and hanging out with the neighbours.

The investors of the project made sure that the festive spirit of giving spreads beyond Central Garden, who, this year as well, bought the works of children from the association of parents and children with disabilities called Plava školjka and the creative and educational centre called Kec. In this way, a beautiful tradition was continued, which, in addition to the socially responsible character, aims to enrich the condominium space with children’s drawings and remind them of universal values.
