Skyline Belgrade – new symbol of Belgrade

An official ceremony marking the beginning of the construction of the Skyline Belgrade residential and business complex was held last night in the Airport City Belgrade business park, in the presence of the President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić, the Mayor of Belgrade Siniša Mali, and the Ambassador of Israel N. E. Alone Fisher-Kamm. AFI Europe, a leading company in the field of real estate development and investment in Central and Eastern Europe, is behind this unique complex, which will become a new symbol of Belgrade in the future. More than 500 guests had the opportunity to get acquainted with the project worth EUR 200 million – prominent domestic and foreign businessmen, distinguished guests from the business world, as well as those from the world of culture and public life.

The Skyline Belgrade project is a modern complex of impressive size, in a prestigious location in the city centre, known for its large number of diplomatic missions. The complex will cover more than 100,000 square meters of residential, retail and business space. A spacious underground garage on several levels will be available to everyone who will live or work in the complex.

Skyline Belgrade represents a complete refreshment in urban and architectural terms. Elegant and sophisticated architecture will adorn this project, which will offer its tenants special benefits with a private pool, spa, reception, maintenance, and a range of recreational facilities. Each apartment in this complex will be a unique, high-quality and comfortable piece of paradise at the very top of Belgrade. As part of the project, the nearby Gazela Park – Tri ključa, will be transformed into a unique green oasis that will enrich this area and provide all Belgraders with a perfect environment for rest and enjoyment.
